Can I book just once, or every week?
Both: a one-off visit or a weekly rhythm, and several times a week if your home calls for it.
Is it the same person every time?
We try to keep the same team at your home from one week to the next. Tell us if it matters to you.
Do you offer a full-time or live-in housekeeper?
No. We are a service company that sends its staff to your home, not a placement agency.
Do I need to provide the products?
No, the team brings its own. If you prefer your own products, we are happy to use them.
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily: keys, caretaker or door code, access is agreed with you when we draw up the quote.
